Terms of Service

By accessing or using TuneLink (“the Service”) at usetuners.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

TuneLink is an online marketplace that connects piano and organ owners (“Clients”) with piano and organ service professionals (“Technicians”). We provide a platform for discovering, communicating with, and booking services from Technicians.

TuneLink is not a piano service provider. We do not employ Technicians, and we do not provide piano tuning, repair, or maintenance services directly. Technicians are independent professionals who use our platform to connect with Clients.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you register as a Technician, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications and certifications
• Only claim certifications (PTG, AIO, etc.) that you currently hold
• Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance as required by law
• Respond to service requests professionally and in a timely manner
• Honor agreed-upon appointments and pricing
• Provide services in a professional and workmanlike manner

If you use TuneLink as a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your service needs
• Honor confirmed appointments
• Pay for services as agreed with Technicians
• Provide a safe working environment for Technicians
• Submit honest and fair reviews

For Clients: Using TuneLink to find and connect with Technicians is free. Payment for services is made directly to Technicians according to the terms you agree upon with them.

For Technicians: TuneLink offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. We do not charge commissions on bookings.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

You may submit reviews, comments, and other content to the Service. By submitting content, you:

• Grant TuneLink a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content
• Agree that your content will not be false, misleading, or defamatory
• Agree that your content will not violate any third party's rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

TuneLink is a platform that facilitates connections between Clients and Technicians. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Technicians
• The accuracy of information provided by users
• Disputes between Clients and Technicians
• Any damages arising from services performed by Technicians

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUNELINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TuneLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Circumvent the Service to avoid fees

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
